4. Should not need socks

Triathletes prefer wearing shoes without socks as putting on socks only increases their transition time. Any good pair of triathlon shoes is made such that the insides are seamless and make for a comfortable fit without much room for movement of your foot inside the shoe as that may result in blisters.
